-Another year of my Dad's grumpiness.After almost 91 years,he is entitled to be grumpy.And we are blessed to have had him in our lives another year.
-After going through a period of 'butterscotch' the Vanilla People are looking forward to a return to Vanilla.Butterscotch makes you appreciate Vanilla.
-We are grateful that Michael,the Elder,brought Dawn,Kyle and Gina into our lives.What joy they have brought.And we thank the powers that be.
-Erich,the Younger,may have found the one(no caps,yet.Don't want to ruin the Karma....).It's about time!And we would be ever so grateful if he finally settled down.....
-We have a beautiful home,and a beautiful garden.So many,these days,have neither.We are so lucky and so blessed to have both.
-We have wonderful friends.Both,in real life,and blogland.We are grateful for all.
-We are grateful that in these times,one of us is employed at a secure job,with incredibly wonderful benefits.When so many are unemployed and with no benefits,we appreciate what we have.And are ever so grateful.
-When we look around us,and see so many with so little,we are ever so grateful for what we do have.Our everyday complaints somehow seem so self-centered and petty.

What a wonderful well-put post. I should have done one like that. Yes, many complaints are very petty when given thought. Something to keep in mind all year long. Glad you had a thankful Thanksgiving.
