Blind Pass,Captiva,Florida

After the dredging............

Some random shots taken at Blind Pass.
On the Captiva side.

Taken two weeks ago.................

A front was working it's way south................. On a cold and rainy day,a lone shore bird..............

Pecking through the shells................

Now that the Pass is open, the fishermen are back...................

And aren't they glad it's open?!
Here's hoping your hook is alway baited..............

These are fantastic, I can just hear the water crashing on the rocks.

All the best :)

Refreshing!!! I wish our beaches were warm and lovely right now...but alas, it IS December and it's downright COLD and rainy. I'm staying home.

Love your photos.

My Wednesday issue is posted. Come see my lighted Christmas Village HERE.

Our beaches are beautiful even in the rain!

Chris, I went to the Victoria Christmas Stroll in Tampa yesterday for the first time. It was stupendous, can't believe I never knew about it before. Have you been? I'm posting about it tomorrow. We spent three and a half hours looking at every singe thing. Don't miss it if you haven't been before. Merry Christmas to you and Jon!

Water and rocks - can't go wrong there! I can see how powerful the water is in the second shot! These are great!

Lovely shots! Captiva is one of my favorite beaches. I need to get down there again, soon!

Hey, those are the waves that knocked me flat (really, FLAT) and waterlogged my camera and phone! Beautiful.
